Thank you so much for sending Jamie to my house on July 3. It is hard for me to believe that you would send a repair person 6 ½ hours to fix a problem you did not help create. It has been a very pleasant experience dealing with you… After one phone call, you took the role of the knight in shining armor by sending Jamie and taking care of the immediate problem, so I did not have the wall collapse and flood my basement. I am sure we would not have a pool to swim in if not for you. Your willingness to repair my pool at your own expense is above and beyond; I am truly grateful…

I was most impressed by the install. I have never set a pool up on my own. When you told me I was not on my own, I thought “nice pitch”. You were right; I was never on my own! Anytime I had questions the staff at Kayak was there.

On October 18, 2007 our pool water wall was replaced under warranty. A young man named Damien M did the job. We want to take the time out of our busy schedules to give him the credit that is due for such a wonderful job. He was extremely polite, very professional and the job was done in no time. It is so wonderful to have service people with a good attitude and professionalism; now-a-days we do not get that too often. We want to THANK all of the staff at Kayak East Coast that had a part in our water wall matter. YOU ALL DESERVE TWO THUMBS UP!!!!
